The Dilapidations Association event is looking at Diminution and the continued relevance of Section 18(1).
Andrew Pilbrow, Partner at DWD, is speaking about the retention of S18(1) and the associated use of ‘in repair’ and ‘out of repair’ valuations.
The event is being held on Tuesday 13th December at Hogan Lovells International LLP. The other speakers include Guy Fetherstonhaugh KC and Terry Davis FRICS.
Andrew will be calling upon his 27 years’ post qualification experience in valuation and lease advisory matters, where he has gained significant experience acting as an expert witness in property disputes having given evidence in the High Court, County Court, Tribunals and Arbitrations.
