DWD has secured a deletion of both rating assessments of Eden House, E1 and 13-17 Broadwick Street, W1F whilst a redevelopment project takes place.
Work on both Eden House and 13-17 Broadwick Street include extensions to the existing office floor plate, alterations to the external façade and provision of new facilities.
DWD negotiated against the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) to secure a deletion of the rating assessments of Eden House which had a Rateable Value of £2,070,000 and 13-17 Broadwick Street which had a combined Rateable Value of £1,621,000.
As a result, DWD have been able to secure savings in excess of £1.7 million for our client.
