DWD have successfully acquired a new warehouse facility at 140 Centennial Park, Elstree, North London on behalf of The Doctors Laboratory. The lease completed on 16th March 2020.
In addition to sourcing the c. 11,000 sq ft property, negotiating lease terms and assisting lawyers to ensure a timely completion, DWD provided TDL with planning advice and are providing ongoing business rates advice.
