Alex joined DWD in 2015 and has over 6 years experience as a town planning consultant. Alex is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Alex has a track record of successfully delivering planning permissions for clients in the industrial, logistics, retail and trade sectors. He is proficient in managing multidisciplinary project teams and has dealt with a wide range of challenging planning and environmental issues including the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations and amending planning permissions via both Section 73 consents and non-material amendments under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act.
Alex prides himself on his personable approach to planning, and has considerable experience in stakeholder engagement and interaction with Local Planning Authorities during the determination process of planning applications. Alex is proficient in advising clients on the development potential of sites and producing planning strategies to secure implementable planning permissions that meet the commercial expectations of clients.
