DWD was appointed by City Innovations to prepare an application for planning permission for 4 dwellings at 58 – 76 Willow Vale, London. Prior to our involvement planning permission had been refused for 3 dwellings that was subsequently dismissed at appeal. Our role was to assist the preparation of a new scheme that overcame the reasons for dismissal and optimised development at the site.

Working with Claridge Architects, the approved scheme is designed to fit within the existing constrained surroundings and is a contemporary translation of traditional mews houses.
