Compulsory Purchase and Site Assembly

DWD have been instructed by a number of leaseholders in Erith, advising both commercial and residential claimants in relation to the on-going estate regeneration scheme and associated compulsory purchases.

Erith Park, a £130m, 10 Ha mixed residential development replaces the former Larner Road estate of 8 tower blocks.  Phase One of the redevelopment is complete, with Phase Two now on site which will complete a further 242 homes by 2018.
