DWD was appointed by the Maddox Gallery to secure internal and external alterations to their new gallery at 112 Westbourne Grove within the City of Westminster. The unit is a large Grade II Listed corner unit with beautiful curved glazing and fa ade details.

The proposed amendments to the unit needed a strong justification to demonstrate that the amendments did not cause harm to the Listed building and that they preserved or enhanced the unit s setting within the Westbourne Grove Conservation Area.

We continue to work with the Maddox Gallery to submit applications for planning permission for external floral displays and advertisements.
