Last week’s announcement by the UK Government of the shortlisted Cluster Sequencing Phase-2 projects identified 20 innovative Carbon Capture, Usage and Storage (CCUS) projects that will accelerate decarbonisation, help maintain security of energy supplies, and realise economic benefits in dedicated clusters in the North West, North Wales, Teesside and Humber regions.
DWD is delighted to be providing planning advice and support to several of the shortlisted projects, including the Keadby 3 Carbon Capture Power Station DCO (SSE Thermal), Humber Zero (VPI Immingham LLP and Phillips 66 Limited), and Net Zero Teesside DCO (bp).
