Adam’s career has specialised in the negotiation of lease terms and rents for the purposes of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regearing. This has provided Adam with in-depth knowledge and experience in handling these discussions and in acting as an expert witness for third party dispute resolution. Adam’s 20 years of specialist lease advisory experience means he is experienced in negotiating both in rising and falling property markets.
