Chloe Desgrand
Chloe is a senior town planner with 6 years’ experience in the United Kingdom and Australia. She joined DWD in 2022 having previously worked in the public sector. She is a full member of the Planning Institute of Australia and is working towards associate membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Chloe has worked across a number of sectors, including residential, mixed use, industrial and energy projects.
Chloe has experience across the planning process, including preparing and managing a range of planning applications and planning appraisals. This involves co-ordinating multi-disciplinary teams and negotiating with local authorities. Chloe’s experience also includes assessing a range of planning applications for local authorities in London, UK, and Sydney, Australia. She has also been a key contributor in drafting of planning policy for local authorities and state government departments in Australia. With this experience she is politically astute and contributes strong policy analysis skills and insights into decision-making processes at various levels of government.
