Chris Kirby
Chris is a chartered town planner with over 6 years of experience. He joined DWD in 2022 having previously worked in the private and public sector.
Chris has experience dealing with a wide range of planning applications and appeals, in addition to providing planning advice and managing the determination process.
Chris studied a bachelor of social science at the university of KwaZulu Natal before taking a Master’s in City and Regeneration Planning degree at the University of Cape Town.
