Serena Page

Serena is a Chartered Member of the RTPI and has been a Partner at DWD since 2016. Serena holds a Masters Degree in Geography from the University of Cambridge and a Masters Degree in Town Planning from University College of London.

Serena enjoys working closely with clients, to obtain an in-depth understanding of operational requirements, in order to refine and tailor advice. Serena’s client-base ranges from small-scale developers to major international clients.

The majority of Serena’s work is in the retail and commercial sector, but also includes substantial mixed-use schemes including residential and hospitality/leisure.

Serena has successfully led project teams to secure planning permission for large scale and complex schemes, has provided planning advice to developers in respect of site acquisitions.
