Working at DWD
DWD offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where opportunities are offered, skills are stretched and excellence is rewarded. We have a strong focus on professional development, but also really enjoy working with each other and our clients.
Our people make us different; as we continue to grow we ensure that every team member shares the same dedication and commitment to quality, client focus and attention to detail.
We advise clients with complex and intricate projects around the UK, which means that everyone across the team is able to work on interesting and unusual projects. The firm is lead by Richard Greeves, Managing Partner and three Equity Partners Geoff Bullock, Sarah Price and Alan Vickery.
We believe in continually raising the bar and actively encourage DWD employees to be involved with industry events and contribute to publications and our professionals regularly attend external seminars and conferences. As well as formal training we hold regular internal CPD sessions and our graduates are supported through RICS and RTPI qualification.
As part of our client commitment, we visit clients and professional colleagues to give CPD talks to share our insights and understanding on requirements, legislation updates and leading solutions.

The strength of our team Our staff get involved with industry and client sponsored tennis, golf and football tournaments and are encouraged to join our summer and autumn teambuilding away days to locations such as the Lake District, and the French Alps for some fresh air and long walks. We have also organised ski and sailing trips which a number of clients attend. Below are some photos of our recent activities:
Outside of work
One of our key strengths is our team collaboration and engagement. Our employees are involved with industry and client sponsored tennis, golf and football tournaments. We hold summer and autumn teambuilding away days in locations such as the Lake District, and the French Alps for some fresh air and long walks, as well as inviting clients to join our team ski and sailing trips.
Working at DWD provides the opportunity of working on some of the UK’s major infrastructure projects. More recently I have been working on solar and renewable energy schemes. November’s COP26 and the Government’s Net Zero targets for 2050 means we will see an increase in the number of schemes submitted for planning to help meet those targets.
